The BancoPosta app for iOS has been manifesting some problems in the last few days that we have had the opportunity to verify both on the basis of users' reports, and by direct source, ascertaining the persistent difficulties on the iPhones in our possession.
The problem concerns access to the application: trying to carry it out, you are welcomed by a yellow screen on which the iPhone remains blocked for some time, and then return to the home closing the application.
Keep in mind that on our two iPhones (an iPhone 8 and an iPhone 11 Pro Max), access to the app has been activated through biometric authentication (with a fingerprint in the first case, with Face ID in the other) and we haveused this method with the above bankruptcy results.We also deliberately tried to make the authentication with Face ID fail to recall access via Posteid code, but also in this way the result does not change: yellow screen followed by crash.
Both iPhones are updated to iOS 14.3 (stable version) and use the most recent version of the BancoPosta app (15.20.10).
