The WWDC 2021 keynote that was held yesterday evening allowed us to take a first look at the news that await us this fall with the new versions of iOS, iPadOS and macOS.
The first Betas are already available for download on the Cupertino company's portal dedicated to developers, however there is an easy way to try the new features of iOS 15 even without a developer profile. Here's how to do it.
To install the iOS 15 Beta dedicated to developers from the Apple site, you need a developer account. Creating a developer account is not complicated but requires the payment of an annual fee that not everyone is willing to pay just to try out what's new in Apple's operating systems. Usually the account is paid only by those who actually develop the apps and publish them on the App Store.
Fortunately, there is a way to get around this limitation: just download a developer profile on your iPhone and download the OTA update directly from your smartphone.
The procedure is very simple but it can be risky, in the end iOS 15 is an operating system still in full development and the applications you love most may encounter problems or not work at all. For this reason we recommend that you make a full backup of your device before proceeding!
