Among the many methods available to citizens to keep the Green Pass on their smartphone, displaying it when necessary (remember that from 6 August it will be mandatory in Italy for some premises and activities), in addition to IO and Immuni, we also point out the Stocard application, already known by many and used to save the loyalty cards of supermarkets and shops as well as the Lotteria degli Scontrini code.
Stocard to save the Green Pass
It is available for free download in the Android (from the Play Store) and iOS (from the App Store) versions. The process is pretty simple. Once installed, all you have to do is start it, press the "+ Add card" button (1) located in the lower right corner of the interface and look for "COVID-19 Green Certification" (2) from the long list that appears.
It is then necessary to scan the QR code (3) using the camera or manually enter the Unique Certificate Identifier (4) or Unique Certificate Identifier.
Once the procedure is completed, the Green Certificate appears alongside the other cards and tiles (5). A tap is enough to open it and show it (6) to whoever takes care of the check through the VerificaC19 application. We remind you that the operator will also ask you to show an identity document.
If desired, it is possible to protect the cards saved in the application, therefore also the Green Pass, by activating the "Stocard Lock" function ("Settings", "Other"), so that authentication via pin is required when opening or biometric recognition.
