In reality, it can also be activated by non-customers of the company, at a cost of 6.99 euros per month.
As with any service, even in the use of TIMVISION you may encounter problems, fortunately not so frequent: for example, you are already on the sofa with friends or family for a movie night but the film does not start, the app does not work or the platform is not accessible from a pc. In short, as you can imagine, the scenarios are numerous and all quite annoying.

Check connection and devices
If TIMVISION does not work on any device connected to the Internet, the cause is likely to be attributed to the connection you are using.
Try to restart the modem and the same devices connected to it, then try again to open the TIMVISION app or to access the TIMVISION.it site from the browser. Check carefully that the network cables and devices used are connected correctly and that there are no problems with the Wifi signal coverage.
If you are using the TIMVISION decoder, check that the connection to the modem is correct and functioning.
If the connection still does not work, not even for browsing or for the use of other services, it could be a temporary disservice of the internet provider. Wait a few hours and contact the operator's customer support if the problem persists.
