After the theory of vaccines that make the area where the injection was applied magnetic (also to plastic), that of the subcutaneous chip that would be detected through the Bluetooth of common smartphones appears again. To revive the hoax is an intervention by Domenico Biscardi during a live stream on June 15, 2021, where he also supports another hoax on Covid vaccines19: he claims that some people would be receiving the placebo as we will still be in phase 3 of the trial, when of once this has been done, it has already been completed, otherwise there would have been no authorization from regulatory bodies such as the EMA. Furthermore, according to Domenico Biscardi, the fact that Bluetooth reveals codes considered anomalous would be due to a bug. On what basis does it state this? He would have consulted with computer experts, who would have declared that this is a mistake as it should have happened with 5G.

Analyses
Here is the transcript of the first of Domenico Biscardi's speech:
The code in question is none other than the MAC Address, which is the physical address of a Bluetooth component. Every device with this technology has one, even your own smartphone, made up of numbers and letters and not in binary code.
Let's continue with Biscardi's speech:
What he says about the current vaccination campaign is false. Phase 3 of the trial ended in 2020, but above all without the conclusion and presentation of the study it would not have been possible to submit the authorization request to regulatory bodies such as the EMA. Nobody, in this case, is receiving a placebo! It is different if you were experimenting with another vaccine not yet subjected to verification by the EMA.
Let's continue with the intervention:
Bluetooth and 5G are two completely different technologies. The first is a "wireless" communication standard over short distances between two products, the second is a much more performing mobile internet network that requires not only a smartphone, but also much more expensive infrastructures. A Bluetooth antenna cannot connect to a 3G or 4G network, let alone a 5G network since a smartphone necessarily needs a technology that allows it to use this type of connection.
Later in the live broadcast, Domenico Biscardi explains the test that he would have carried out with three people:
Bluetooth technology is not satellite and only works over short distances, even very short ones. If you try to search a "Bluetooth satellite" search engine, you may find an article by Salvatore Aranzulla explaining that this technology allows you to connect a satellite navigator (if it has a Bluetooth antenna) and your smartphone.
Something is wrong with the whole reasoning. If one vial of Pfizer provides several doses to administer, would there be several people with the same code? According to Domenico Biscardi the only way to differentiate everyone is the syringe which, in fact, is disposable:
The videos
Several videos circulate, similar to those that Domenico Biscardi may have received, where the screen of a mobile phone is filmed while "detecting the vaccinated" via Bluetooth. Here are two where we can observe two obvious situations:
As you can see, the video was made in a restaurant table with many customers inside who could easily have at least one Bluetooth enabled device. Considering the number of devices displayed on the screen, considering a range of about 10 meters (the effective range of a Huawei) and the distance from the table where the video makers sit, the theory of overlapping and canceling codes cited by Biscardi would be incorrect.
The second video is taken inside a supermarket where the user who takes back the smartphone is surprised that the MAC Address "disappears" to make room for the name of the device to which it belongs.
In the second video we can see the code 3C: CD: 5D: 18: 52: CF which becomes Huawei Y5 2018 and the reason is obvious: the code 3C: CD: 5D refers to Huawei.
The OUI code and privacy
A user named Matteo reports some screenshots where it is possible to read MAC Addresses which, according to him, would prove the presence of vaccinated people. Here is the first:
Do you remember how the MAC Address is composed? We propose the scheme again inviting you to remember the OUI code (Organizationally Unique Identifier), that is the series of first 6 elements that make it up:
Code D0: D0: 03: 27: 18: 8F is not that of a vaccinated. Through any OUI Lookup tool, such as the one provided by Wireshark or Ouilookup.com, here is the result we get: the code D0: D0: 03 concerns a Samsung device.
Matteo sends us several screenshots with different MAC Addresses that he identifies thanks to his smartphone at different times of the day. In the image below we find the code 70: 54: B4: 8E: 4A: D5 which refers to a device from Vestel Elektronik San ve Tic. AS, the code D4: 9D: C0: 4A: C3: 5B which refers to one of the Samsung Electronics Ltd, to then arrive at the codes 00: 80: 25: 2D: DD: A0 and 00: 80: 25: 2F: 7F: 2B which appear to be devices of Telit Wireless Solutions GmbH.
Matteo continues to provide further screenshots where we find 4 other codes: the DC: 72: 23: 6A: DB: 70 refers to a product of Hui Zhou Gaoshengda Technology Ltd, the code 00: 26: 7E: E6: B9: 32 is linked to Parrot SA and code 54: 0E: 58: D6: FA: A4 to Guangdong Oppo Mobile Telecommunications Corp Ltd. Compared to all 9 provided by Matteo, only the code CE: 4D: 46: E2: 9C: 8E does not is present in the various databases.
These tools refer to the database of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), but it is good to know that there are also random addresses that do not require registration with the IEEE (which is paid) and are used to ensure the privacy of a device and to prevent its tracking.
