After releasing the December 2021 security update aboard the Samsung Galaxy S21, Note 10, Galaxy Z Flip (also 5G), the Seoul giant has also started distributing it on the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite. According to reports from 'SamMobile', the update is being rolled out in Hong Kong and Taiwan, but will soon expand to more markets in the coming weeks. The latest software upgrade for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite comes with firmware version N770FZHS8EUK9.
The change log is not yet available, but we can still tell you with certainty that the upgrade brings with it the security patch of December 2021, for the correction of some privacy and security vulnerabilities. The update may also include general bug fixes and stability improvements. The Seoul giant had launched the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite in January 2020 with Android 10. Earlier this year, the SPen-equipped smartphone received the One UI 3.1 update based on Android 11, and could receive Android 12 with One UI 4.0 in Q1 2022.

08/07/2021When the upgrade is available for your Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite, pay attention to the remaining percentage of your battery, which must not drop below 50% (you must avoid that the phone turns off during the process so that does not report damage to the operating system). Better to have a backup copy of your personal data aside, which you can restore for any eventuality (it could happen that you run into the need to hard-reset the device, which, as we know, would involve the direct deletion of all data present on board, which cannot be recovered except through a pre-existing backup).
