The result is a hybrid design, which does not "tire" the ear as much as in-ear headphones, but still blocks much of the external noise. In this regard, I strongly recommend that you test the various rubber pads to make sure you use the one that fits you best. In this regard, a few words about the rubber pads: they are not a standard size (so be careful not to lose them!), They are oval and have a small net to block dirt.
Despite the rubbers, however, I am convinced that the shape of the new Galaxy Buds Pro could convince even those who do not normally like in-ear headphones: I wore them for whole days, without feeling that sense of fatigue that sometimes happens with earphones.
On the other hand, it seemed to me that the new design may give some minor problems in terms of stability. I had no problems standing at my desk, but wearing them on the go (going down the stairs, running to the tram stop) I happened to shift a little: which is why I wouldn't wear them to go for a run. It must be said that comfort and "stability" in the ears are absolutely personal matters.
In any case, that's a bit of a shame for me, also because the Galaxy Buds Pro have IPX7 certification, which guarantees complete protection against water and sweat. You can wear them without problems even in the rain.
