Samsung has announced a change relating to the backup features of its Samsung Cloud service, sending an email in which the changes that will be introduced starting from 6 February 2018 are explained.After this date, Samsung Cloud will stop making the backup and restoration of the data connected to the third -party apps, also eliminating those previously archived on the users' cloud space.
In order to backup these data, Samsung recommends relying on the services offered by the individual apps or using the Smartswitch application, while it will be possible to continue using Samsung Cloud to store photos, music, videos, documents, settings, address books,Regional calls, internet data, home screen and the installation files of third -party apps on the phone.This means that, starting from the subsequent restorations, all non -Samsung applications that will be installed on the smartphone again will no longer include information as access data or other sensitive elements;It will be like starting from scratch.
