The future model with a 6.1 inch display will account for almost half of the production of the S22 series phones. Apparently, the Korean brand believes a lot in the potential of the aforementioned device and has set a 60% shipping target.

The premium super model is touted as the heir to the Note 20 ultra and will be able to accommodate the S Pen stylus in the interior shell of the device, according to various sources. This makes the low expectations of the S22 ultra strange considering that the phone is meant to fill the void left by the Note range.
These figures are certainly new to the company. Take for example the S20 series, where the standard version accounted for 40% of the production, while the Plus and ultra models reached 45% and 15% respectively.
Moreover, the Korean OEM aims to produce about 20 million units for the entire S22 series, at least initially, and this is a very small figure compared to the usual 25-30 million units. However, the target in question could change when mass production begins or after the presentation of the phones.
The lowering of the sales target could be due to the lack of chips that seems to worsen towards the end of the year. Another factor at stake could be the fall in sales that Samsung's flagship series has seen over the past two years.
