The Samsung team has released a new update for Bixby and Bixby Routines, bringing the first application to version 2.3.19.10 and the second to version 2.5.38.2.

As for Bixby Routines, the update addresses a number of issues with Samsung's IFTTT tool, such as a bug that would in some situations lead to the blue light filter being disabled and an issue that would cause an app to fail to launch.
More interesting, however, is the changelog related to Bixby, as in addition to the resolution of some bugs, some new features are introduced, such as the improvement of the Finder integration (when a user searches for functions such as mobile hotspot or Do not disturb mode, they will see a list of Bixby Voice commands corresponding to this feature) and the ability to interact with smart TVs (2020 models or later) via your smartphone (if your phone and TV are registered with the same Samsung account, you can ask Bixby to find and play videos through voice commands).
Other new features include the ability to share Quick Commands with your contacts and the ability to check the history of conversations with the virtual assistant.
How to download the update
The update can be downloaded by logging into the Samsung Galaxy Store and going to the Updates section or by checking the version of Bixby and Bixby Routine. The APK file to be installed manually can instead be downloaded from APK Mirror (here and here)
