The upgrade to stable Android 12 on the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is coming soon
The Seoul giant began testing the beta version of the Android 12-based One UI 4.0 update on the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Z Fold 3 a few weeks ago. After releasing multiple One UI 4.0 beta updates for its foldable devices, the South Korean company has now released the stable Android 12 update for the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3. As reported by 'SamMobile', the stable update of Android 12 for the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 brings the firmware to version F711BXXU2BUK, with distribution starting from Serbia. It is expected that in other countries the upgrade could arrive as soon as possible (in a few weeks it should also be present in our market).
The package also includes the December 2021 security patch (the last one Google worked on). It is not yet clear whether the update will also be distributed to users of the One UI 4.0 beta version. If you have a Serbian imported Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, or maybe you live in that territory, you can check the availability of the update by following the path 'Settings > About phone > Software Update > Download and install, taking care to make sure that the percentage of residual charge is greater than 50% (you must avoid turning off the phone during the process so as not to corrupt the operating system in some way).

Another good thing to do would be to make a backup of your data, to be restored if the situation makes it necessary (the installation, in itself, does not involve the loss of data, which you could still be forced to lose due to an unexpected hard-reset without being able to recover them in the absence of a backup copy, to always keep on hand just in case).
